Shooting Star

My life is like a 

     shooting star, 

     moving rapidly

      in all its glory,

going where it doesn’t know. 

shining, shining 

 oh so bright 

     then suddenly 

     the light fades 

I move on looking 

     for 

     another 

     shooting star.
